HOW THEY WORK

ECOLINE and ECOTECH pre-insulated piping systems are engineered for the transport of liquids and gases at temperatures ranging from –200°C to +250°C. They feature high-performance polyurethane (PUR) foam insulation enclosed within a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer casing that is watertight, UV-resistant, and weather-resistant. This combination provides excellent thermal insulation and superior mechanical protection, maintaining stable oil temperature and fluid viscosity. As a result, pumping operations become more energy-efficient and cost-effective.

ECOLINE systems are versatile and highly customizable, available in virtually any required diameter, making them ideal for the petrochemical, oil & gas, and chilled water industries, where preserving fluid properties is essential.

In addition, the integrated leak detection system continuously monitors the pipeline network, enabling the early detection of leaks or anomalies. If damage occurs, the pipelines can be inspected and repaired quickly, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
